The highlight and big finish of the PARIS 2018 Gay Games 10 Aquatics week, the Pink Flamingo was the show not to be missed!

Paris, capital of love ! The theme of this edition was : FRENCH KISS !!!

The swimming, synchronized swimming, water polo, open water swimming and diving athletes present a colourful aquatics show that must be seen to be believed!

During PARIS 2018 Gay Games 10, the Pink Flamingo was preceded by a women’s water polo demonstration, by the final of the men’s water polo tournament and by a synchronized swimming demonstration.

Results

A jury of completely inexperienced people will try to determine various rankings: better show, better costumes, better music, etc. In brief, it is a fun competition.

Rules

Time for each show is 5 minutes maximum.

We ask clubs not to use glitters, feathers or others items which can dirty the swimming pool. Nudity is forbidden.

3:30 – 4:30 PM – Final Water polo Competition Tournament
4:30 – 5:30 PM – Final Water polo Recreational Tournament
5:30 – 6 PM – Exhibition Water polo Women and winner of the artistic swimming competiton
6 PM : Pink Flamingo

Founded in 1990, PARIS AQUATIQUE is a masters swimming club.

PARIS AQUATIQUE is a member of the French Aquatics Sports Federation (FFN). With more than 400 members, it is one of the largest Masters Swimming Clubs in the world. One of our founding principles is to fight against discrimination in any form, be it sexual orientation, gender, ethnic origin, physical disabilities, political affiliation or religious beliefs.

PARIS AQUATIQUE offers training for adults over 18 in swimming, synchronized swimming, diving, open water swimming and water polo. We also propose a high standard of quality swimming training for triathlon competitors in cooperation with 3 other Parisian LGBT clubs: the Dérailleurs for cycling and the Paris Front Runners and the Athletic Coeur de Fond for running.

PARIS AQUATIQUE has previously hosted the IGLA 2000 and 2007 Championships with nearly 900 participants in each edition, the 2014 French Masters Swimming Championships with nearly 2.400 swimmers, the 2015 and 2016 French Masters Diving Championships, the 2016 French Masters Synchronized Swimming Championships and every year since 2004, the International Tournament of Paris.

Founded almost 20 years ago, Aquahomo is a masters multisports club.

With more than 325 adult members, AQUAHOMO is the 1 st LGBTHI multi-sport association in France.

All athletes are welcome, whatever their level, gender or sexual orientation, with a tolerance,

respect and integration spirit.

Since 20 years, we are attached to allow all of our members to grow and develop themselves with

sport practice in 7 disciplines (Swimming, Water Polo, Urban Dance, Fitness, Handball, Yoga,

Cheerleading).

The association offers 12 weekly time slots to all of our members.

We consider sport as promoting inclusion and enabling everyone to find their place.

AQUAHOMO is in the spotlight of Gay Games Paris 2018. We are the only association organizing 3

sports events: Urban Dance, Waterpolo and Men and Mixed Handball. We also participate in the

Pink Flamingo show.
