Sport is beneficial to our body (muscle cardio-vascular system, increases strength, endurance and muscle volume, increases bone capital, prevents joint problems, promotes transit, increases lung capacity, tones Silhouette…), on the mind (provides a general well-being, improves intellectual performance, facilitates the evacuation of stress, instills will and tenacity, strengthens self-confidence, promotes sleep) and our relationship to each other (Teaches educational values, creates a social bond, etc.).

Practice. How to spread the benefits to all the populations and avoid its misdeeds or drifts?
